Shipping policy

 We will process orders within 1 to 3 business days of accepting your order. The process and delivery time for orders is approximately 3 to 5 business days. However, during high volume sales, preorders, and promotions, orders may take a few additional days. We will process and ship all collection launches and sale orders within 10 days unless stated otherwise*. We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority. Multiple shipments may be required for some orders. We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier. Free Shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for Express to be delivered.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If returned to Giannalexandra due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Giannalexandra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
